For over 28 years, Custom Linings has been serving the Mining and Industrial business areas.  Our thick-build industrial coating systems are spray applied from 2mm-20mm thick, are dry in seconds, providing structural support (where needed) and impact/abrasion protection.  Our applications extend service life and  minimize downtime in critical operational environments.  We have a proven record of performance in the most aggressive environments, ranging from industrial to mining.

Our systems are 100% solids (0% VOCs) and can be built up to any specified thickness in a single application.  Our systems can be applied to most prepared substrates (earthen, metal, wood, composite).    

Our team members have worked 3000’ underground in mine shafts and have supported ore transport and ore processing at mills (both underground and on surface) throughout North America. 

When our systems are not protecting against abrasion, impact, and protecting substrates from corrosives, chemical damage, and deterioration (concrete and metals), we are protecting workers by ensuring the areas and equipment they are working with have extra protection, beyond what they were engineered with.
